We have experienced Solicitors and legal representatives who specialise in a variety of children law matters.

Our team includes a number of experienced children specialists accredited by the Law Society, who are members of the Children Panel and are instructed in cases across London and beyond.

Our children department acts in all cases where welfare issues arise in regard to children. We represent parents, grandparents, family members and children, including instruction by Children’s Guardians on behalf of children.

Our aim is to ensure that our clients achieve the best possible outcome, with the paramount consideration being the welfare of the child.

We aim to ensure that clients are assisted in obtaining a resolution to their difficulties in a way that reduces conflict and minimises costs in order to produce a solution that best suits their family’s needs. This can involve advising clients of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, and also representing clients in Court effectively, efficiently and empathetically.
