At JD Spicer & Co we have a team dedicated to dealing with a variety of youth crime proceedings. We are experienced in dealing with the following youth proceedings:

- Sentencing in the Youth Court
Our Youth Crime team recognises the different levels of care and attention needed by young people in the criminal justice system. We are committed to supporting young people, their families and carers throughout whether it is at the police station, youth court or beyond. We also have links with various local agencies and can provide support and advice on the consequences of any conviction.
Our team of specialists in youth crime proceedings have experience in dealing with common youth offences such as:
- Handling Stolen Goods
- Robbery
- Possession of Class C Drugs
- Theft
- Public Order Offences
We are privileged to have a team dedicated to working with members of the youth community in Brent. Our team has set up workshops and lectures at Youth Centres and Pupil Referral Units. These lectures and workshops have given our team the opportunity to advise youths on the law of stop and search by police officers and other information on criminal offences. At these lectures and workshops our team also provide a drop-in service for youths who require advice on any criminal matters.
