No Further Action Given Swinton Police Station For Dangerous Driving 2025

Rebecca Forbes, accredited police station representative attended Swinton police station for a voluntary interview following the client making contact with our offices the day before.

The client, never having been in trouble before, was nervous about the interview and possible outcome. He was accused of driving in a manner considered dangerous and aggressive on the M62 and had been reported to the police by another driver. 

Rebecca carefully considered the client's instructions, who stated his actions were in response to a vehicle nearly colliding with him, and advised him to fully comment.

The officer was understanding of the client's position. Following the interview the officer contacted us a week later and advised the matter was to be no further actioned.
