JD Spicer Zeb represented MP Eric Joyce

Ernie Cohen of our City Office represented MP Eric Joyce at the Police Station and handled the case through the Courts after he was arrested on Suspicion of Assault following a fight in the House of Commons’ bar.

Mr Joyce pleaded guilty to assaulting four individuals and was ordered by the Westminster Magistrates’ Court to pay a £3000 fine, compensation to the value of £1400, also receiving a 12 month Community Order and a curfew order from Friday to Sunday.

We instructed Mr Jeremey Dein QC of 25 Bedford Row chambers to appear in court.
