R v CA Central Criminal Court - 2019 - murder case dropped
This case involved a double stabbing and our 19-year-old client was charged with murder and attempted murder.
JD Spicer Zeb represented the Defendant at the police station for interviews spanning over two days. Multiple alibi witnesses were sought and a telephone expert was instructed to assist with our client’s defence. A number of conferences were held at HMP Belmarsh with our young client throughout this stressful time. After pressure from the defence, the CPS discontinued the charges the day before the plea hearing.
