Roshan joined JD Spicer Zeb in January 2025. He attends police stations on a regular basis to advise clients at interview, as well as assisting fee-earners with a wide range of Magistrates and Crown Court matters.
Roshan graduated in June 2023 after completing his undergraduate degree in law at University College London. He then worked in a criminal firm for a year where he handled a diverse caseload of serious matters. He has extensive experience preparing cases for trial, working with clients and counsel to analyse evidence and draft an effective defence.
At JD Spicer Zeb, Roshan most prominently deals with police station matters, attending interviews during and out of office hours. This involves advising clients on protecting their rights and liaising with officers in order to facilitate good outcomes. Otherwise, he assists fee-earners with a broad array of work including taking instructions from clients, assessing evidential materials and corresponding with both the courts and prosecution.
