Suspended sentence - Drugs supply - 2021
Our client pleaded guilty to drugs supply of a large quantity of class B drugs. Sanjay Cholera and team prepared our clients personal mitigation thoroughly and we were able to persuade the court to impose a suspended sentence rather than immediate custody.
The starting point was Category 3 significant role, Starting point 1 years custody. Category range 26 weeks custody to 3 years based on the sentencing guideline. Thorough preparation by us led to immediate custody being avoided.
