Hendon Magistrates' Court - Half Kilo of Cannabis - Conditional Discharge

Our team represented a young man charged with possession of ½ Kilo of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Detailed mitigation was taken and presented to the Court who were convinced the imposed a 12 month conditional discharge. No further action is taken unless they commit a further offence within a time decided by the court (no more than three years).
