Inciting sexual offence child - Suspended Prison sentence 2021

We represented a prominent Senior Education Professional who was charged with sexual communication with a child and inciting child sex activity. After he was represented by another firm as duty solicitor at the police station and 1st appearance in the Magistrates Court, he was remanded in custody and told by the duty solicitor he was facing a lengthy term of imprisonment at the Crown Court.
