Not Guilty 2020 - alleged Gang Murder

Malik Aldeiri, led by Anand Beharrlyal QC successful represented A, a youth charged with Murder.

A was part of a group of individuals who the prosecution alleged were involved in the planning and deliberate targeting of the victim. A was alleged to be part of the group involved and lent support to the primary attacker. This was a typical example of a joint enterprise case which A was said to be a huge part of. We carried out substantial preparation to ensure acquittal of our client.

Our firm  was able to distinguish A’s role from others and in his case secured the NOT GUILTY verdict  of a young man charged with the most serious of offences.
