Not Guilty - Kidnap / False Imprisonment / Blackmail

R v JB 2020 - Defendant was one of 13 Defendants charged with Kidnap and false imprisonment of a 13 year old boy.

The victim was allegedly held for some 13 hours at gun point whilst demands were made to his mother. The case involved detailed analysis of CCTV, Forensics and telephone call data.
