Not Guilty Rape Coercive Behaviour - Harrow Crown Court 2022

Our Client was found not guilty after a full 5-day trial of Rape and Coercive and controlling behaviour at Harrow Crown Court.

Our client was charged with 2 counts of rape and 1 count of coercive and controlling behaviour. The jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict on all 3 counts on the indictment after a 1-week trial. We scrutinised the prosecution's case and carried out detailed and meticulous preparation to discredit the prosecution's case.
