Rape - Dropped written representations Holborn Police Station 2022

We acted for a client accused of a false rape allegation who had been previously represented by two other firms of solicitors. We interviewed our client and established his clear account and denial. We were able to provide detailed advice on the law and the issue of consent. We made strong written representations to the police/CPS. The police decided to take no further action following our representations.
