Suspended Sentence Drugs Supply - Medway Magistrates Court 2022

Our client was charged with supplying class B drugs namely cannabis on a commercial scale. There was clear evidence of dealing for gain and phone messages. Following substantial mitigation we were able to achieve a suspended term of imprisonment of 6 months for 24 month and community service. The likely sentence for this was in the region of 12 months at the crown court. We were able to conclude the case that day at the magistrates court without the case being sent to the crown court. Our client and his family were delighted and our client is now rebuilding his life.
