R v AA - Breach of HMO regulations - NOT GUILTY - 2017

Our client was accused of breaching regulations in relation to houses in multiple occupancy ( HMO). Our client was of previous good character and a successful business man, a court conviction would have caused significant hardship. After a full trial our client was found not guilty.
