Suspended Sentence County lines Drugs - Guildford Crown Court 2023
Our client faced 3 counts of concerned in the supply of Class A drugs which were committed to Guildford Crown Court. It was alleged that she had been involved in a county lines drugs operation. The prosecution initially alleged a much higher front role.
She pleaded guilty on the basis that she was merely holding the telephone and played a much lesser role. The likely sentence for this offence has a starting point of 3 years imprisonment which ranges between 2 years to 4 years 6 months. After mitigation, she was placed into a lesser role and was given another opportunity to redeem herself within the community. She was sentenced to 20 months imprisonment which was suspended for 2 years with one condition attached - 30 days Rehabition order requirement.
