OUR CLIENT - Not Guilty of Murder 2018
Our client was acquitted of Murder. The victim had been stabbed multiple times at home and the prosecution asserted that JW had acted together with his co-defendant in the Murder. The co-defendant also falsely implicated our client at trial.
Our team carried out extensive preparation on behalf of our client. We visited our client in custody and fully prepared for the trial. The jury took less than 6 hours to unanimously acquit our client. The co-defendant who was represented by another firm and was convicted of Murder. Our defence team left no stone unturned to ensure that the right verdict was returned by the jury.
