R v CR - Assault on Prison Guards - NOT GUILTY - 2018

Our client was accused of assaulting three prison guards whilst serving as a prisoner. All three prison guards gave evidence and alleged that they had been assaulted. Through expert cross-examination and analysis of the CCTV, it was successfully argued that our client did not assault the prison staff as alleged. Our client was found not guilty after a full trial.
