Community order Sexual Assault - Croydon Magistrates 2022

Our client avoided registration on the sex offender order. He pleaded guilty to a sexual assault by slapping bar staff on their bum following a drunken night out. We demonstrated our clients exemplary good record and genuine remorse. We persuaded the court to impose a 9 month community order which does not attract registration on the sex offender order. An order of 12 months will attract registration.
