Our private client team represented a young man charged with multiple counts of possession indecent images. We were able to prepare his mitigation clearly and instructed an expert psychologist. A thorough bundle of mitigation was presented to the sentencing Judge who was convinced that the sentence should be suspended. The starting point was an immediate custodial sentence.
