Indecent Images - Suspended Sentence Harrow Crown Court 2022

Our private client team represented a client who pleaded guilty to multiple counts of possession of indecent images of children, including Category A moving images.

Due to the seriousness of the offences, the Magistrates Court committed the matter to the Crown Court for sentence. The starting point was an immediate custodial sentence. Despite the risk of custody our team delivered strong mitigation and meticulous case preparation, resulting in a Court decision in favour of a suspended sentence.
