Caution Possession of Cocaine - Forest Gate Police Station 2022

Our client was detained at a Premier league football match and found in possession of cocaine having been identified by the drugs dog. He was summonsed to attend court and not offered a caution. He was at risk of not qualifying as an accountant with a conviction. We were instructed late privately and offered an enhanced private service. We made detailed written submissions and attendances to the police station to persuade the senior officer to accept an out of court resolution. We persuaded police to accept a conditional caution. Our client avoided a football banning order and avoided a criminal conviction.
