Suspended Sentence - Drugs Conspiracy - Wood Green Crown Court - 2022

We acted for a client charged with two separate counts of Supply of Class B Drugs. He was in custody but advocacy by Sanjay Cholera, Partner, secured him bail. The Prosecution case consisted of phone evidence and undercover Police recording which captured our client supplying to an undercover officer. We advised the client to plead guilty, and despite the large quantity of drugs and long list of previous convictions we secured a suspended sentence for our client to remain in the community.
