Money Laundering against Candy Brothers - Not Guilty - 2021

We secured a unanimous acquittal at Southwark Crown Court for a defendant accused in a complex multi-jurisdictional money laundering case, involving £1.25 million of money stolen from the Candy brothers, in a cyber crime fraud. The case involved analysis of numerous banking records, telephone data, cell-site evidence and a former defendant who gave evidence for the prosecution.
