Rapper Acquitted of Knife Offence Inner London Crown Court 2022
James O’Donnell successfully defended a UK Rapper accused of being unlawfully in possession of a knife.
Following a late night stop in Central London our client was found with a lock knife, hidden underneath the driver’s seat of his car. Counsel Mimma Sabato was able to argue that our client had it for ‘reasonable excuse’. He was acquitted unanimously after trial.
