Old Bailey Suspended sentence indecent images 2023

We represented a client in possession of a large quantity of Category A indecent images along with a substantial quantity of images at both Category B and C. He also had a quantity of extreme pornography and prohibited images. The case was heard at the Old Bailey. The client had a long-standing addiction to all forms of pornography and we advised him to enlist in the Lucy Faithful Foundation programme and to seek therapeutic help. We instructed specialist counsel and managed to secure a suspended prison sentence despite the number of extremely graphic images.
