No Further Action Assault - Perry Barr Police station 2023

We represented an assistant headteacher invited to a voluntary interview by West Midlands police following a complaint of assault. The circumstances involved a child arrangement order and a confrontation with her ex-partner during a custody exchange. Allegations were supported by audio recordings and CCTV footage.
