Dropped Conspiracy To Supply Class A Drugs 12 Kilos Isleworth Crown Court 2024

Our client was charged with another defendant of conspiring to supply 12 kilos of Cocaine, Heroin and MDMA.

He was arrested upon a search of an address he had been residing at was searched wherein the large amount of drugs were found. Further amounts were located in a vehicle nearby. Throughout disclosure requests and a download of our client’s phone we were able to demonstrate to the Crown that he was fact a low level cannabis dealer and not linked to the Class A drug found. A basis of plea was agreed which resulted in our client receiving a 2 month prison sentence for a lower offence of being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs. Our expert team consisting of James O’Donnell and counsel Mimma Sabato prevented our client receiving a lengthy custodial sentence.
