Harrow Crown Court: Sexual Assault, ABH and Criminal Damage - Acquitted of All Charges
Defendant charged with sexual assault, ABH and criminal damage.
Alleged he was out with the complainant and others in a bar and whilst there was grabbing the complainant in a sexual manner.
The defendant and others including the complainant went to her address later where he was alleged to have grabbed her sexually again and when she pulled away and told him she wasn’t interested he was alleged to have assaulted her by hitting her in the face and kicking her in the stomach. When she tried to leave in her car he smashed her windscreen.
The defendant denied all of the allegations and avered that he wasn’t present at the property only at the bar where he did not sexually assualt her.
The complainant was not believed and the defendant was acquitted of all charges.
