Covid Bounce Back Loan Fraud Solicitors

COVID loan fraud should not be treated lightly. It is a serious offence that could result in severe punishments for anyone found guilty. If you are accused of Covid loan fraud, our specialist solicitors can provide immediate advice and representation to help you secure the right outcome for your case.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government extended financial support to businesses through various loans and grants, including the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme, Bounce Back Loan Scheme and Coronavirus Large Business Interruption Loan Scheme.

There are stringent rules associated with all of these schemes. Committing any type of fraud associated with Covid loans could lead to criminal action being taken.
